Set a high pulley with a bar or rope. Stand a step back, hinge slightly and hold the attachment with nearly straight arms.
Sweep the arms down until the hands reach the thighs, then let them return overhead under control.
- Keep a fixed slight elbow bend
- Move at the shoulder only
- Brace the midsection so the torso stays still
- Bending the elbows into a pushdown
- Using the torso to drive the weight
