Sit back on a bench inclined to roughly 45-60 degrees, letting the arms hang straight down with dumbbells in hand.
Curl the dumbbells up while keeping the upper arms roughly still, then lower to a full stretch.
- Let the arms hang behind the torso
- Keep the shoulders back on the pad
- Control the stretched position
- Swinging the upper arms forward
- Shortening the bottom range
- Shrugging the shoulders forward
- Alternating incline curl
- Neutral-grip incline curl
