Sit with the knees aligned to the pivot, the pad low on the calves and the thigh restraint snug.
Curl the heels down and back as far as comfortable, then return under control to a straight-leg stretch.
- Sit back into the pad
- Keep the hips down
- Control the return rather than letting it snap
- Lifting the hips to gain leverage
